The day after Thanksgiving the city of Sandusky had its Tree lighting ceremony.
We went with our friend Brandi and the Racker family.
The kids had a lot of fun!

I don't know the complete story about it, Wikipedia has different possible origins for it.
But it is definitely famous here. the first statue in Sandusky was put up in 1895.
